Why run the risk of running out of propane in the middle of winter, eliminate paper bills, check writing, and trips to the post office. Leave the worrying to us. Your convenience and comfort are our main priority: That’s why we now offer payment options to ensure your automatic delivery.
Option 1: You can leave a credit card on file and it will be charged for the amount of the delivery. This is the most convenient option, and will do away with leaving a deposit on file
Option 2: You can use our new online portal to pay your invoice after the delivery. Deposit on file is required.
Option 3: If you do decide to mail in payment, your auto delivery will still be in effect as long as payment was received before your next scheduled delivery and there is a deposit on file.
Option 4: We realize that there are those who would like to pay when they need a delivery. We do offer COD. Please monitor your tank and call us to schedule a delivery when it is at 25% to ensure we deliver before you run out. We do require additional time to schedule your delivery and additional charges may apply for run outs. Please call our office for more information.
Option 5: In addition to our Automatic delivery service, we offer budget plans. Please call our office to discuss details on how you can get your payment spread out evenly over 12 months.
Option 6: We also accept the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) for qualified applicants. Please call your local county government office for additional information. Please Note: We will deliver only to a Blue Flame tank as long as you are a customer, as well as your privately owned tank. If privately owned tank, please call our office for pricing information.
