My husband and I own Bashakill Vineyards in Wurtsboro, and we’ve used BlueFlame for years and they’ve been nothing but quick, kind, clean, accommodating, and wonderful. We’ve had a few propane leaks over the years and they always sent guys out to fix them THE SAME DAY–always! Sometimes even during the same hour! They’ve changed multiple parts and units free of charge and hassle in order fix the most minute of leaks, and we really appreciated the ease in which they took care of it. They have our propane tanks tracked and know which need filling and when….they make our lives a lot easier and I’m truly bewildered and sorry for anyone who has had a bad experience with this company, as I am sure does happen. But, we have used them for years and years with 4 propane tanks on the property and ALWAYS they have been incredible.
